NEW Black Eyed Peas, T-Pain, and Ratatat Music T-Shirts

Have you heard Black Eyed Peas new song "BOOM BOOM POW" ?



If you haven't heard it then you must have been living in a different planet, its the #1 song on iTunes / Clubs everywhere. It has a slick beat from Will.I.AM who I think is the beat maker of this ish. Well I got this ish in my iPod so it well deserves a t-shirt to go with it, I made a BOOM BOOM POW tee for myself and for all the peeps who trust me to have it on the website as well, because chances are your going to end up wearing it.



This month alot of new music came out, T-Pain & Jamie Foxx came out with the "Blame it on the Alcohol" actually it goes like 'Blame it on the Alcohol al-al-al-al-a-alcohol'. Have you been paying attention at work ? at school ? at your girlfriend ? this blog ? because if you haven't then you've been partying too much screwing things up in your life, thats why you should wear this tee and 'Blame it on the Alcohol al-al-al-al-a-alcohol' or Blame it on the Henny, or the that new NUVO by Lil Weezy (is it really his ?). Well you get the point, or go drink some alcohol and figure this one out.


I was browsing through MySpace Music the other day when I came across RATATAT, I fell in musical nirvana as soon as I heard their music. These guys come out with some awesome sounds. I so recommend listening to these guys, simply Awesome. My favorite tracks off their albums are "Shempi", "Mirando", and "Seventeen Years". I got the RATATAT t-shirts done too.

Offensive T-Shirt Section

After reviewing the website (tdjunkie.com) with usability expert "the customer" or should I say "customers" I had to put up new graphics up for the offensive t-shirt section.



I had several customers tell me this question "How come offensive section does not have cool graphics like the humor section ?" I had no answer, or I had part of the answer I'm pretty busy, but I got some time cleared up last week so I went down to my computer immediately and put up new graphics for it.

Now offensive t-shirt section has new graphics and a brand new design "1.800.JUICY4.U" take a look right here.

What is Boliyan ? (from Wikipedia)

Boliyan or Bolis are couplets that are sung in Punjabi Language.

A Boli expresses situations, their emotions and their typical situations. Usually a boli is sung and introduced by one woman, and then the other girls form a chorus.

Although women mainly sing boliyan, men also do, His Hit Smash Kulwinder Dhillon, was launched by his song Boliyan. [1] "Jaago" the night before the wedding, the awakening night is when all of the family join together and sing boliyan, to celebrate the joyous occasion. The first boli to be sung on the Jago Night is Jago Aiya- which translates into the following

Jatta Jaag Vey. - All you Jatts Wake Up Hun Jaago Aiya. - For the Jaago has came Shava vey hun Jaago Aiya. - Wow, just look, the Jaago has came.

Although commonly women do giddha, and sing boliyan, Malwai, from the lower Punjab is where the men sing the boliyan. They also do Bhangra dances to accompany the Boliyan.

Boliyan were started by the Punjabi ancestors. Their women would sing boliyan to express their emotions and feeling, or just for fun. Nowadays there have become even more popular, as they trademark your heritage.

There have been no popular boli writers, as someone could have thought of it on the spot, then it was repeated by someone else and so forth, therefore spreading the boli.

To give boliyan more depth and strength, the vibrant colours of the girls dyed salwar kameez's brighten up the surroundings. The brighter the dresses the more visible the dancers.

The folk dances have boliyan as their composition. It is these boliyan that enlivens the mood of the dancers

They are traditional but time has made changes in them too. The boliyan are not composed by a professional person only. Even a farmer contributes to them. They have a uniform rhythm, and often their appeal is enhanced by a meaningless rhyme added to them. Almost all folk dances are performed in circles. Whilst dancing the giddha, the women sing in sonorous voices, to the accompaniment of the dholak (drum), ghadda (pots) or to the beat of clapping. The leader (woman) of the chorus sings the boli, which the chorus repeats. The ghadda is played by gently striking a ring or a small stone on it in keeping with the rhythm. It helps to build an atmosphere of gaiety.
